We value every customer's shopping experience. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us within 7–14 days (including holidays) after receiving the product, and we will assist you with returns and exchanges.
I. Scope of Application
Livora offers global shipping services to customers in Taiwan, Asia, Europe, America, and other countries.
The return and exchange policy is implemented in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and international e-commerce standards.
II. Return and Exchange Conditions
If the goods you receive meet any of the following conditions, please notify us within 7–14 days of receipt (based on the logistics receipt date) , and we will provide return and exchange services:

The product has obvious defects, damage, or stains.

The received goods do not match the order details (e.g., incorrect color, style, or quantity).

It was severely damaged during transportation.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

The product has been used, washed, or is not in a new condition.

Personal hygiene or customized products (such as handmade or personalized custom-made products).

Slight differences in color, smell, or size may occur due to screen display or personal perception.

Those who have not contacted customer service in advance, are overdue, or have incomplete packaging.
If a return is requested due to personal reasons (such as size or style incompatibility), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and customs duties.

We will reply and confirm the return/exchange method within 3 business days .

Please keep the product and its packaging intact.

Once the goods are confirmed to be correct, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days .
IV. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Shopify/PayPal/credit card). Refund time depends on the processing speed of each card issuer or payment platform.
