Shipping & Return Information
1. Scope of Application
Livora provides worldwide shipping services, including Taiwan, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and other regions. Return and exchange policies are implemented in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and international e-commerce standards.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
If the item you received meets any of the following conditions, please notify us within 7–14 days of receipt (based on the delivery confirmation date), and we will provide return or exchange services:
• The item has obvious defects, damage, or stains.
• The received item does not match the order (e.g., incorrect color, style, or quantity).
• The item was severely damaged during transportation.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
• The item has been used, washed, or is no longer in brand-new condition.
• Personal hygiene items or customized products (such as handmade or personalized items).
• Color differences, odors, or minor size discrepancies caused by screen display or personal perception.
• Failure to contact customer service in advance, late requests, or incomplete packaging.
If a return is requested due to personal reasons (such as size or style preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
3. Return Process
Please email luvlivora@gmail.com within 7–14 days after receiving the product and provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product (clear images if there is a defect)
We will respond within 3 business days to confirm the return or exchange method. Please keep the product and packaging intact. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be completed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used on Shopify / PayPal / credit card. Refund processing time depends on the issuing bank or payment platform.
